International Bank of Azerbaijan dismissed 114 employees last year

Baku. 21 July. REPORT.AZ/ In 2015, the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) OJSC has decreased number of its employees from 1 418 to 1 304.

Report informs, the bank's report on results in 2015 says.

According to the report, the IBA employed 16 people in the first quarter of the year, while the same number of employees dismissed in the second quarter. During third quarter of the year, number of the bank employees decreased 42 persons as well as 72 persons in the fourth quarter.

Notably, the IBA has been established in 1992. The authorized capital of the bank is 641 287 250 AZN. This amount formed based on about 2 275 138 000 shares of 0.27 AZN par value each. 54.96% of the bank's shares belongs to the Ministry of Finance acting on behalf of the Azerbaijani government, 8.49% to non-state enterprises, 36.55% to physical persons.
