Forecast: Economy of Azerbaijan will grow by 1.8% in 2015

Baku. 8 June. REPORT.AZ/ This year, the annual inflation in Azerbaijan forecasted at 8.5%, in 2016 - at 6.6%.

Report informs, the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on Azerbaijan Raja Almarzogi said.

"In 2015, Azerbaijan's economy is forecasted to grow by 1.8%.In the non-oil sector growth will be 3.5%.In fact, since the beginning of the year growth in non-oil sector amounted to 6.5%, as a result, we have determined the annual rate of growth at 1.8%", said the IMF representative.
