Demirbank increases lending to financial institutions

Baku. 28 April. REPORT.AZ/ Volume of assets of Demirbank increased by 14.6% and on annual basis as of April 1, 2016 amounted to 548.606 million AZN.

Report informs referring to the bank, during this period, the loan portfolio has grown by 7,558% to 401.02 million AZN. Loans for a period up to 12 months made 69.38 million AZN or 17.3% of the portfolio.

Lending to financial institutions increased by 81% to 3.529 million AZN. Mortgage lending has reduced nearly by 1% - from 49.332 mln. AZN to 48.872 million AZN. 86.1% or 42,063 mln. AZN of the total amount issued through the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF).

As of April 1,2016, authorized capital of Demirbank amounted to 21 million AZN.
