Currency reserves of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan reduced

Baku. 4 February. REPORT.AZ/ Volume of official foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic (CBAR) as of February 1, 2015 amounted to 12.681 billion US dollars.

Report informs referring to the CBAR, in comparison with the beginning of the year currency reserves dropped by 7.83%. In comparison with the same period of last year, the reserves increased by 10.82%.

Increase in currency reserves of the CBAR observed since the beginning of 2014, in August gave way to decline and this negative trend continues in last 6 months.
