Central Bank of Azerbaijan starts buying dollar

Baku. 4 April. REPORT.AZ/ The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) today for the first time within 14 months begins to manat interventions in the currency market, after the start of the national currency devaluation.

Report informs, on April 4, the Central Bank plans to participate at the next regular auction currency as a US dollar buyer. Thus, according to the results of today's auction, increase of the official dollar exchange rate to the rate of 1,51 AZN/USD is expected.
