Capital assets of "Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company" increased

Baku. 4 August. REPORT.AZ/ The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan have made amendments to the decision of 24 January 2014 on the approval of the "Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping" s charter and structure. 

Report informs, according to the amendments, the company's authorized capital increased by 14.77% or 56 630 377 AZN.

So, with the nominal value of 1 share equal to 1 AZN, authorized capital of "Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company" till now formed based on 1 383 420 621 shares and after the changes the number of shares reached 440 050 998 and accordingly authorized capital amounted to 440 050 998 AZN.
