Azerbaijan will take control of remittances through banks

Baku. 12 July. REPORT.AZ/ Financial Markets Control Chamber has appealed to the commercial banks of Azerbaijan. Report was told in the banking circles.

According to the information, the appeal made on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber, Ibrahim Alishov and Director of the Department of Banking Supervision Imran Mammadov. The report says that the Chamber adopted the report form on the remittances of residents and non-residents - individuals and legal entities. Monthly report shall be provided to the Chamber.

In this regard, today will be held a meeting with representatives of the relevant banks in the administrative building of the Chamber at 14:30 Baku time.

Notably, the report is to provide information on money transfers in connection with the export and import of goods, letters of credit and prepayments, services, income and expenditure, current transfers, capital transfers, investments, agreements on sharing production.
