Azerbaijan makes new offers for car insurance

Baku. 14 September. REPORT.AZ/ A meeting with representatives of the State Insurance Supervision Service and 21 actuaries from insurance companies operating in the country was held at the organization of Azerbaijan Insurers Association (ASA).

Report informs referring to ASA, during the meeting, discussions were held regarding the tariff for voluntary car insurance.Representatives of Service pointed out that in calculating the tariff for this type of insurance should take into account the requirements of the Regulations "On the order of actuarial calculations."Every responsible actuary in calculating the tariff for Hull should be guided by this.If the rate is lower than the calculated taking into account the competitiveness of car insurance market, reasons for these calculations would need to be explained.

During the discussions, it is noted that failure to comply with these requirements for the actuaries will be held accountable.
