Baku. 30 October. REPORT.AZ/ Assets of Bank Melli Iran-Baku as in comparison with the beginning of the year increased by 11.2% and as of October 1 amounted to 85.2 million manats.
Report informs referring to the bank, the loan portfolio as of October 1 amounted to 15.1 million manats, 9.4 million manats of which accounted for consumer loans. According to the report, overdue loans amounted to 36.7% or 5.5 mln. manats of total loan portfolio. The share of overdue loans began to decline with the II quarter of this year. If at the beginning of the year, their share in the total loan portfolio amounted to 48.2%, as of July 1 this figure fell to 40%. In annual terms, the share of overdue loans decreased by 9.02%. Despite this, the volume of bad loans rose by 30.3% in comparison with the same period last year.
As of October 1 of this year, the authorized capital of the bank amounted to 51.4 million manats, total capital - 51.9 million manats.
