Accessbank have no plans to attract more foreign funds

Baku. 10 June. REPORT.AZ/ Accessbank CJSC have no plans to expand its branch network this year. According to the bank's strategy, opening branches in the regions is in the spotlight.

Report informs, it was stated by the bank's general manager Michael Hoffmann: "The bank's strategy includes the expansion of activities in the regions. This year, apart from the branch "Khagani" in Baku another new branch will open. Further plans to open three new branches in the regions - in Sabirabad, Astara and Lerik."

The total number of branches reached 44, and this year the bank plans to expand its branch network to 48.

M.Hoffmann also noted that this year the bank has no plans to attract more foreign funds: "Attracting new capital is not expected. At this point there is no need for new investment. However, most of the partners are ready to provide loans to Accessbank."
