A Joint Research Agreement was signed between the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the global green energy company Tree Energy Solutions (TES) to explore the development of an electric natural gas (e-NG) project in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing SOCAR.
