Russian section in Karabakh schools depends on teacher availability

The Russian section in Karabakh schools can operate if there are enough qualified teachers, the director of the State Agency for Pre-School and General Education, Eshgi Baghirov, said at a briefing, Report informs.

Baghirov added that the infrastructure for the Russian section is ready, but the main challenge is finding and hiring pedagogical staff.
