Report informs, the changes were made in order to stimulate involving of specialists who graduated from higher and secondary school education institutions covering pedagogical specialties and are under 35 years, in educational institutions in rural areas and to meet teaching staff necessity in the same institutions. According to the order of the state, young specialists began to work in general education institutions and continued his/her activity in these institutions for 3 years will be given compensation in the amount of 60 manats to pay for public utilities and the rent of residence. In addition, they will be assisted with meeting the needs of residential areas and the allocation of land for permanent residence by local executive bodies together with municipalities.
According to the changes, the young specialists who began to work in general education institutions located 20 km far from the center of the region and are under 35 years will be given a monthly salary with addition of 100 manats for 3 years.
The order also covers that after 3 years, these young teachers who will continue their activities in the same institutions will be given compensation and salary with additional payment for more 2 years.
This order will come into force on September 15, 2014.
