Payments temporarily may be made through pos terminals or by cash at the door. After, a customer is being called again by the customer service in order to ask if he/she is satisfied or has any complaints and suggestions. In addition, all customers are suggested the 'IZ Kart' which immediately gives 1% of the amount paid back. A customer gets an opportunity to buy more goods or pay utility costs on this money.
