Azerbaijan can use Turkey's experience to support local producers

Baku. 7 April. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijan proposes to use the experience of Turkey in order to support local producers. Report informs, this proposal was made by deputy Ilham Aliyev at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis's Committee for Economic Policy, Enterprise and Industry: "For the development of local production, Ministry of Agriculture should work closely with the State Customs Committee".

"It is necessary to protect the interests of local producers, for example, in Turkey there is a law according to which the country has not allowed to import the products, while local companies have not completed the sale of similar products. But situation in our country is some different", said the deputy.

He also stressed that the situation should be regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture.
