Operetta of Rauf Hajiyev hosted in Ankara

Baku. 2 February. REPORT.AZ/ The Ankara State Opera and Ballet Theatre hosted the show of the operetta of the famous Azerbaijani composer Rauf Hajiyev, "Mother, I'm going to marry".

Report informs, Turkish media spread information.

According to the information the author of the libretto is V.Esman, directors - the son of Rauf Hajiyev Fuad Raufoglu and his daughter in law Zamina Hajiyeva.

The premiere took place on January 31 at the Youth Theatre "Layla" in Ankara.The cast involved Turkish actors.

Regular screenings are scheduled for 2 and 23 February and 8 and 28 March.

Notably, the operetta was written by the late composer in 1967.

In Baku, it was first performed in 1978.
